The 2-Minute Mobility Challenge is a simple but powerful daily routine designed to improve joint health, body awareness, posture, and ease of movement. Each day alternates between arm circles (1 minute clockwise, 1 minute counterclockwise) and hip + torso rotations (30 seconds left leg, 30 seconds right leg, 60 seconds torso). These low-impact movements gently activate your muscles, lubricate your joints, and increase your range of motion - perfect for waking up your body or winding it down.
