Day 63 is an abs day at the third-month count: 8 sit-up punches, 14 sitting punches, 14 scissors, 8 circles and 14 scissors again. Five in order is one set, up to 2 minutes rest, 3, 5 or 7 sets by level. It is the Day 42 card with the numbers raised and the leg work reshuffled: scissors on either side of a block of leg circles.
Sit-up punches roll all the way up and throw one punch at the top, 8 total, alternating arms. Sitting punches stay at the top with the feet lifted and throw 14. Then scissors, 14 meaning 7 per leg, then 8 leg circles with both straight legs together, 4 in each direction, then 14 more scissors. The double block of scissors around the circles is the design: the legs never get to rest, so the circles land on a middle that is already working.
Sit fully up before the punch and rotate through the shoulder. Keep the chest tall and the feet off the floor for all 14 sitting punches. Scissors low and quick with the lower back pressed down. Make the circles small enough that the back stays on the floor; if it lifts, the circle is too big.
Punch, scissor, circle, scissor: the abs get the boxing card at the third-month numbers.
Make it Harder: Slow the leg circles to a 4-count each and keep the scissors at 14.
Make it Easier: Skip the second block of scissors and bend the knees for the circles.
