This is your ultimate test of grit and endurance - a full-body 30-day challenge built around one of the most powerful bodyweight moves: the burpee.

Each day, you’ll take on a set number of burpees, pushing your limits and building strength, stamina, and mental toughness. Every 4th day is active recovery with plank holds to reset and refocus. On Day 30? You’ll face the final test: 100 burpees. One session. No backing down.
