A Darebee Challenge is a great way to do something, every day for a month. This gets your body moving every day, helps you develop better habits and because you need to do something every day, it helps you develop resilience, grit and discipline. The Power Punch Challenge is a great way to develop all this and also feel like a badass as you teach your body to move in a way that uses all the muscles available to it. If you're not sure if this Challenge is working for you because the punches feel too light, persevere. Punching proficiency takes time as the body has to learn which muscles to recruit, in which order so that the punches have some power behind them. Don't forget to also have fun along the way!
