Given the size of the human body we have ridiculously weak arms. Maybe not quite on the T-Rex scale, but close. So training them requires patience, persistence and some degree of imagination. The Warrior Arms Challenge aims to help you get there with a set of daily exercises that target upper body strength. There is an optional variation you can try that will engage your mind as well as your body with the Warrior Path options. 

Optional Quest

Pick a path and then follow it throughout the challenge. Add the exercise that represents your chosen path at the end of each shoulder taps workout.
