This collection trains the triceps as the elbow-extension engine and as a key stabilizer for pushing, using a mix of dip-based work supported on a couch/chair, close-range push-up patterns, plank and side-plank holds, and standing arm patterns like extensions, circles, scissors, and scissor chops. Most sessions follow simple DAREBEE structures such as Level I-II-III sets or repeat-for-rounds blocks with short rests, with a few quicker timer intervals that alternate striking patterns and press-focused work to keep the tempo honest. While much of the collection is no-equipment, some workouts add dumbbells for overhead triceps extensions, presses, and slow-motion holds to turn the same lockout theme into loaded strength-endurance.

The payoff is stronger lockout strength and longer-lasting upper-arm endurance: triceps learn to extend the elbow cleanly under fatigue, while the muscles that organize the shoulder blade stay active so the shoulder doesn’t drift forward when reps get grindy. Mixing dynamic reps with isometric holds builds tendon tolerance and improves control at the end range where form usually leaks, which tends to translate into steadier planks, cleaner push-ups, and more confident overhead positions.
