DAREBEE Workout: What it Works
Workouts that include impact help develop to stronger, healthier fascia. Fascia is the connective tissue that keeps our internal organs in place. Its role is not widely understood but one of the things it does is limit our energetic cost when exercising therefore making us more durable. 2-Minute Rebounding is a workout specifically designed to help you achieve this, plus it's fun to do.
