DAREBEE Workout: What it Works
If you have a barbell or any makeshift weight you can safely squat with then the 50 Squats workout is perfect for you. A fitball would be great to use for the crunches but not necessary as crunches can be performed on the floor on your back using an exercise mat or even a soft carpet. By the end of it you will feel the difference this makes.
