DAREBEE Workout: What it Works
Training the abs and core requires training the back and arms and shoulders and lateral abs. No muscle group works in isolation so in order to have that tight, sculpted abs look you need to work all the supporting muscle groups as well as tendons and upper body. Add EC for that extra load that activates the adaptive response and you have got yourself quite the workout.  
Extra Credit: No rest between exercises.
