DAREBEE Workout: What it Works
Adonis is a difficulty Level IV workout that delivers a total body strength workout. Successive exercises load specific muscle groups and then recruit additional ones as fatigue kicks in. The result is a workout that starts slow and steady and builds up until fatigue creates the necessary pressure to activate muscle adaptation. This is not a workout that a beginner should tackle but more experienced fitness athletes will benefit from it, directly.  
Extra Credit: 1 minute rest between sets.
