Alter Ego is a strength and core workout designed to transform your body into a finely honed instrument you control. Pay attention to form on how Side Kicks with the lead leg are performed. Turn on the ball of the foot of the leg that's on the side of the punching arm, each time, so you get your body's weight behind your punch and make sure you exhale at the point of execution to further engage abs and core.
