DAREBEE Workout: What it Works
If you're ready for the rigors of spaceflight you'll have to have mastered body control which means that the Earth's 1G is next to nothing for you. The Astronaut is a strength and tone workout that loads the muscles in successive exercises, using the fatigue point to push them near their very limit. Try it with EC to see how you do in terms of recovery. 
Extra Credit: 1 minute rest between exercises.
