Basilisk is a yoga-based workout that targets the entire body, helping you develop agility, strength and flexibility in a workout that will not leave you drained afterwards. Power is the body's ability to coordinate different muscle groups that are recruited to a single purpose with as little loss of exerted force as possible. Yoga-based workouts don't necessarily help develop specific muscle group strength but they always help you develop power.
