Coming back from illness, or after a long period of inactivity or a long lay-off due to injury can be daunting. On the one hand the brain remembers what you used to do. On the other, the body can no longer perform at that level. The effect is dispiriting and demotivating. This is where the Below Zero workout comes in. We all need to start from somewhere again. This helps us get back to base so we can begin our journey to recovery and rebuilding the strength and fitness we have lost.
