Busy Day workout is a DAREBEE no equipment full body strength workout that helps you maintain strength and your fitness momentum on a busy day when you have no time to train for long.
DAREBEE Workout: What it Works
We all have busy days that sometimes soak up our time and we all feel the need to workout every day in order to create the persistence of signalling to our body that triggers the physical adaptations we want to see. Reconciling the two is the Busy Day workout. A full-body workout that takes into account the fact that a busy day leaves very little available time to do anything. This can all be done into one go or you can split it into any manageable set you want and repeat until you hit the magic number: 50.  
Extra Credit: Do 60 reps each.
