DAREBEE Workout: What it Works
Cage Fighter is a total body combat-moves based dumbbell workout that delivers serious functional strength and muscle tone and activates both the cardiovascular and aerobic systems for a total-fitness workout. This is not a workout designed for beginners but it is always a great workout to have on your horizon if you're new to this and a total challenge to conquer for the more experienced fitness practitioner. 
Extra Credit: 1 minute rest between sets.
