Cardio Bell is a workout that helps you use your kettlebell creatively so you get both a functional strength and cardio workout in one. The exercises are designed to help you get your cardiovascular system going as well as work up a healthy sheen of sweat. The use of the kettlebell amplifies the pressure applied to tendons and muscles to trigger the adaptations necessary for a greater sense of control.
