DAREBEE Workout: What it Works
The Comeback is a Level II workout which makes it perfect for those who want to find a workout to do on days when energy levels are low and time is short. This has an abs & core focus but it also works a whole lot of adjoining muscle groups, recruiting them in the transition from one exercise to another. Perform Jumping Jacks on the balls of your feet and bring your arms up all the way above your head. Perform each exercise with a focus on form but try to move as fast as you possibly can. Add EC because you know you must.        
Extra Credit: 1 minute rest between sets.
