DAREBEE Workout: What it Works
Forty is just a number, until you apply it to the Deadly Forty workout whereupon the number becomes something you learn to dread pretty quickly. Unrelenting, unforgiving and remorseless, you have to do the numbers every time. The load on your muscles builds up fast. Your oxygen debt grows quickly. You are in the sweatzone from the very first set. You know this is a difficulty Level IV workout.  
Extra Credit: 1 minute rest between sets.
