Add, one sandbag. One willing person. Plus some time to get sweaty and you end up with the Drag & Drop workout. As the name suggests this is a workout that takes the extraneous weight of the sandbag and makes your body compensate for the additional pressure which then triggers the adaptive response you crave, all of which is a fancy way of saying it's a lot of hard work, especially with EC, but it is totally worth it (as long as you have a sandbag handy, that is).
Extra Credit: 30 seconds rest between sets.
