Occasionally you need to find whether you're ready to level up, where your limits lie. You need a lever to help you prize open the doorway to a new level of performance. A difficulty Level V workout it's there as a super-useful tool and, if you're still not ready for it, something to keep in mind as you progress in your fitness journey.
