DAREBEE Workout: What it Works
Mix some floor work that has you fighting gravity with standing exercises that load your cardiovascular system and you get a functional strength orientated workout called Dungeon Diving. It doesn't matter what the weather is like outside, you will definitely be able to raise your own temperature enough the improve your fitness and increase your strength. 
Extra Credit: 1 minute rest between sets.
