Dungeon is a full body strength and tone advanced workout. This makes it unsuitable for beginners and anyone just getting back into fitness after an injury or a long lay-off, but it should, at the same time, light up your horizon because the path from where you are to where this is starts with simple, persistent and consistent steps taken each day.
