A strong chest provides protection of the vital organs like the heart and lungs and it helps the shoulders and arms engage in lateral movement across the body as well as up and down motion. Epic Chest, as the name suggests, is a workout that targets the pecs but does not neglect lower back, back and abs. This is a great workout to have at the beginning of your day (or week), especially if you add EC to it.
