DAREBEE Workout: What it Works
Extreme, as the name suggests, is a difficulty Level V total body strength and tone workout. By exercising major muscle groups to failure we create adaptive responses in the muscles, at cellular level, and the central nervous system that activates them. This leads to strength gains disproportionate to the time it takes to exercise them. Add EC and the difficulty level increases exponentially. 
Extra Credit: 1 minute rest between sets.
