DAREBEE Workout: What it Works
Fighting is the hardest thing you can do with your body. Your reflexes need to be razor-sharp, your endurance at peak, you need strength, agility, flexibility and great body control just to have a fighting chance. The Fighter's Club workout puts your body through its paces the way a trainer would. You just need to get through it.
Extra Credit: minimum 5 chin-ups every set.
