DAREBEE Workout: What it Works
Fire & Fury is a time-based High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workout that, like all HIIT workouts demands you to burn through each set like it's the only one you do. The benefits of High Intensity Interval Training are well documented. HIIT helps us roll back time as we age and is the only viable shortcut to fitness there is.
