DAREBEE Workout: What it Works
Firefighter is a difficulty Level IV full-body cardiovascular and aerobic workout designed to help you increase your endurance. This is an advanced workout with a multiphasic focus on aerobic and cardiovascular fitness. It will help your balance, endurance, explosiveness and help improve your recovery time after exercise.  
Extra Credit: 30 seconds rest between sets.
