Take the weight of your limbs plus the pull of gravity on your body, add directed, focused, repetitive movements designed to hyperload specific muscle groups and you begin to have an idea of what the Grade A workout is all about. This is light on cardio, heavy on strength and provided you use it well, you will also get an incredible back workout.
