DAREBEE Workout: What it Works
Guard Duty is a difficulty Level I workout that will nonetheless get your whole system working, activate your heart and lungs, improve your cardiovascular system and help your body change for the better without, however, tiring you out. Perfect as a workout on the days when you really need to workout but cannot find the energy. 
Extra Credit: 1 minute rest between sets.
