DAREBEE Workout: What it Works
Hammertime is a fast-moving cardiovascular and aerobic workout that will raise your body temperature to get you into the sweat zone. Speed of execution is of the essence here as it helps create the aerobic load and metabolic stress necessary to trigger helpful adaptations in the body that help increase your level of fitness. Don't forget to take deep breaths in your recovery time.  
Extra Credit: 1 minute rest between sets.
