We are not really meant to stand on our hands, which is why handstands require a whole lot of other muscle groups to make them happen. Handstand Prep is the workout you go to, to help you get ready for the moment when your hands do take up your entire bodyweight so, as you can guess, it's a little intense. If you are a complete beginner this is not the workout to start with but if you are looking for something to stretch you a little, this is definitely the thing for you.
