DAREBEE Workout: What it Works
The human body has few natural weapons, but it does have some. Naturally hard edges that have very few nerves, used right, make us all dangerous. This is a workout that shows you how to move your body using those natural, hard edges, hence the Hard Edge moniker. It will test your coordination, balance, speed, timing and explosiveness, plus it's just fun to do. 
Extra Credit: 1 minute rest between sets.
