The title of Wow, That's Hard is a tip-off to the difficulty level of this seemingly simple workout. As a difficulty Level IV workout this one is not suitable for beginners or if you're coming back to fitness after a lay-off, but it is totally OK to have this on your horizon as your fitness journey develops. Targeting virtually every major muscle group in the body this one will also develop your cardiovascular fitness and help improve your VO2 Max.
