Things you should aim to do as you go through it are: land on the balls of your feet throughout the high impact exercises, bring your knees up to waist height during High Knees, keep your trunk straight in every exercise, when executing Jump Squats make sure your knees bend so your hands touch the ground and not your body at the waist. EC makes it a fresh kind of hard.
