There's a word you need to keep in mind here and it is: Cardio. To survive during a Jurassic period you just need to be faster than the person next to you, but since you have no way of knowing just how fast they are (and finding out when you need it most is not a good survival strategy) you'd better give it your best shot and prepare with our Jurassic workout.
