There are a few things you need to get lean: a high-burn workout that will work large muscle groups, force you to use up a lot of oxygen and get you into the sweatzone fast. Exercises that keep on applying a load to your muscles. And a combination that forces you to recruit a large number of muscle groups. Lean and Mean combines all that.
