DAREBEE Workout: What it Works
There is one way to increase strength, power and endurance and that's to tire muscles out with concentric exercises and then ask them to perform eccentric ones. The Lock & Load workout does just that, loading muscle groups, tiring them out and then asking them to perform movement under load. This is a Level 4 workout designed to push your body through its current limits and help you discover new ones.   
Extra Credit: 1 minute rest between sets.
