Low Impact is a full-body strength workout that is equally easy on your floors and your joints. The mix of floor and standing exercises forces your body to work hard enough to activate the adaptation response without however hyper-loading joints due to high impact. Perfect for those days when you want to workout without jumping around plus, should you have neighbors below, they will thank you for it too.   
Extra Credit: 1 minute rest between sets.
