Mars is the Roman god of war so there should be no surprise that this workout has some pretty challenging combat moves that will test your coordination, balance, speed and endurance. Designed to help you develop your fascial fitness this is a workout that you should aim to conquer by doing again and again until you reach the pinnacle of seven sets performed with EC.  
Extra Credit: 1 minute rest between sets.
