If you have a pull-up bar and are ready to dip into a Level 4 total body strength workout then the Minotaur is for you. Unless you also want to train your earlobes there is no muscle that is left untargeted. Aim for EC here and build up. And don't forget to get back to this and try and conquer it at Level III.
