DAREBEE Workout: What it Works
The Monarch workout activates fascial fitness, works tendons as well as lower body muscles and will test your cardiovascular and aerobic fitness. This is a workout that will get you in the sweat zone and will keep you there to the end. Add EC and it will challenge your body's ability to recover quickly which means it is helping you, gradually, level up your fitness. 
Extra Credit: 1 minute rest between sets.
