DAREBEE Workout: What it Works
Monk Mode is a full-body strength workout designed to enhance the control you have over your body. It targets specific muscle groups for strength and recruits satellite muscle groups to help you generate more power. It is therefore a great addition to your exercise routine, especially when you want to get stronger but do not want to go through a tough session that exhausts you.   
Extra Credit: 1 minute rest between sets.
