Morning Mobility is, as the name suggests, a workout you could do in the morning. But really you can do it at any time in the day to help your body become more flexible, responsive and agile. It helps not only with better overall movement but with a sense of inner peace, as well, since your breathing becomes more modulated. 
Extra Credit: Hold each pose for 60 seconds.
