DAREBEE Workout: What it Works
Next Level workout is a full body workout that lives up to its name by helping you prep for the next level. Although it is just a difficulty Level II workout, it does work all the major muscle groups of the body and in doing so provides an increasing load to work with as fatigue kicks in. Try it with EC, regardless what level you do it at and feel the difference. 
Extra Credit: 1 minute rest between sets.
