No Turning Back is a difficulty Level IV workout which means once you start you really need to try and find your limits. It isn't suitable for beginners or for those getting back into fitness after a long lay-off, but that doesn't mean it should drop off your radar. After all, a workout that works on your strength, speed, endurance and cardiovascular and aerobic fitness should always be somewhere on your fitness journey.
