Bravery is a mental concept, of course. But it starts in the body. In order to be brave we need to feel a little confidence in our own sense of capability. That sense is constructed through successfully completing challenging physical tasks. This makes the One Brave Girl workout a challenge from the onset; though not one that is beyond you. You need to focus. Add EC (maybe). Get through it and build the foundation of the new, improved version of you.
