The body is an adaptive machine. It responds to exercises that make it work hard and the Orc workout is designed to put those upper body muscles to the test. Throw in some tenacity and the fact that as you go from one exercise to the next you are working many of the same supporting muscle groups and you can see why, with enough intensity and repetition you can get a Orc-like physique.
