DAREBEE Workout: What it Works
Outlander is an upper body strength workout that will trigger the body's adaptive response and help build stronger muscles and better upper body coordination, both useful for an increase in the body's total power output in athletic movements. Useful too for making the rigor of everyday life feel like nothing much. EC, yeah! 
Extra Credit: 1 minute rest between sets.
