#Get your body into overdrive with the Overdrive workout. This is a high intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workout that targets most of the body's major muscle groups. The combination of exercises and combat moves is designed to push your VO2 levels while recruiting secondary muscle groups as fatigue begins to kick in. This will have you in the sweat zone pretty fast and if you add EC you will begin to feel the benefits faster.
Extra Credit: Hit a minimum of 10 reps for every exercises except high knees every time.
